1. Design Management & Financing
In this first phase, ACOS defines with the customer the fundamental characteristics of a project from a technical and financial point of view. Not only is the construction work planned, but a scheme is also developed in order to organize the necessary economic and financial resources.
2. Planning
ACOS helps to prepare a master file in which all the documents and approvals required by the competent authorities are executed and filed. Also, the studies of environmental, energetic and urban impact of the construction work are produced in this phase.
3. Project Management & Execution
During the construction phase of a building project, ACOS takes over the overall management of the project, making sure that execution time and costs are defined in the design management phase are meet.
4. Facility Management
In the post-construction phase, ACOS can intervene as a facility manager of the infrastructure, taking care of the maintenance of the buildings and their services (electricity, gas, plumbing, lighting, cleaning, catering, concierge, etc).
5. Management of Real Estate Portfolios and Sales
ACOS assists in the management of real estate portfolios and in the purchase and sale of properties. In particular, ACOS can be active in the sales process of objects realized in close collaboration with the customer.
The needs of real estate investors have increased in recent years. As a consequence, the demand for highly professional interlocutors able to offer a broad spectrum of services, from design to economic plans, from advice on contractual instruments to the management of organizational complexities, has emerged. And this for the phases that come before, during and after the realization of a project. The management of this complexity represents our point of strength.
Our work processes are determined by the extensive use of BIM (Building Information Modeling), a technology that uses in an integrated way the information regarding the entire life cycle of a project, from its design to its construction, from its maintenance up to at its disposal.
