In this first phase, ACOS defines with the customer the fundamental characteristics of a project from a technical and financial point of view. Not only is the construction work planned, but a scheme is also developed in order to organize the necessary economic and financial resources.
ACOS helps to prepare a master file in which all the documents and approvals required by the competent authorities are executed and filed. Also, the studies of environmental, energetic and urban impact of the construction work are produced in this phase.
During the construction phase of a building project, ACOS takes over the overall management of the project, making sure that execution time and costs are defined in the design management phase are meet.
In the post-construction phase, ACOS can intervene as a facility manager of the infrastructure, taking care of the maintenance of the buildings and their services (electricity, gas, plumbing, lighting, cleaning, catering, concierge, etc).
ACOS assists in the management of real estate portfolios and in the purchase and sale of properties. In particular, ACOS can be active in the sales process of objects realized in close collaboration with the customer.
