The website www.acos-sa.ch (hereinafter “the Website”) is managed by ACOS SA. The Website is aimed at users whose registered office or domicile is in Switzerland.

The Website and the general terms and conditions of use are governed by Swiss law.

Any user who consults the Website (hereinafter “User”) declares to accept the following conditions, including the disclaimer clause (Clause 11).

The data contained in the Website (hereinafter “Content”) is intended exclusively for obtaining general information on ACOS SA. The information published on the Website does not represent either a proposal that commits ACOS SA, or an offer to the user. The Wevsite may offer hyperlinks (links) to third-party websites. These links are intended solely to reinforce the contents of the Website.

ACOS SA assumes no responsibility towards websites that report hyperlinks to their site. ACOS SA assumes no responsibility for the content of third party websites. The user takes full responsibility in case of activation of a hyperlink.

9. Data Protection

By accessing the Website, the user's non-personal data ("log file") can be registered by ACOS SA and analyzed for statistical purposes. ACOS SA does not store and does not process the user's personal data. These data are only used for the specific purposes at the origin of their transmission by the same user. This personal data is not transmitted to third parties and is not linked to usage data or other elements of www.acos-sa.ch.

The Website uses Google Analytics, an analytical service of websites provided by Google Inc. («Google»). ACOS SA verifies the quality of the contents, but declines all responsibility for any material inaccuracies or gaps in the texts present, as well as for updates of the same. ACOS SA is not responsible in any case for damages caused to the user or third parties by the use of the contents of its Website.

ACOS SA can not, moreover, guarantee that the Website is free of viruses or other harmful elements intentionally introduced by third parties. ACOS SA is not liable for damages caused to the user or third parties by similar elements.

12. Applicable law

Swiss law is the only competent and applicable to these General Terms of Use, without giving rise to conflicts of laws.

13. Cancellation clause

If one or more of these General Terms and Conditions of Use should be or become partially or wholly invalid due to legal provisions, statutory provisions or changes to the law, all other conditions of use shall retain their validity. The clause in force that is closer to the end pursued by the invalidity clause will be applied in this case.  

14. Jurisdiction

The court of jurisdiction for any litigation relating to these general terms of use, their validity or their interpretation will be submitted to the competent court of the judicial circle of Nyon, Switzerland.
